                               RESOLUTION NO. 19174
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH HENSLEY-SCHMIDT,
                   INC. RELATIVE TO NPDES PERMIT APPLICATIONS
                   FOR CITY-OWNED INDUSTRIAL SITES AND
                   AUTHORIZING THE FUNDING FOR SAID CONTRACT,
                   AS DESCRIBED MORE FULLY HEREINBELOW.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute a Contract with Hensley-Schmidt, Inc. relative to 
NPDES
       Permit Applications for City-owned industrial sites; and
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said Contract shall not
       exceed the amount of $208,300.00, with $27,906.00 to be taken 
from
       Fund 1001, $117,020.00 to be taken from Fund 2046, and $63,374.00 

       to be loaned from the Fund Balance until the 1991-92 Capital
       Budget is enacted.
